Need an idea for a low cost start-up business? Maybe a shoe repair business would be just the thing. This shoe repair business has low overhead costs, as the business is on a busy sidewalk.

Another job possibility might be guarding the gate to an apartment complex. The following photos show the gate to our apartments. A guard sits in the chair and manually opens the gate for cars. Somehow this gate seems out of place at a nice apartment complex! The gate was constantly being "repaired" while we were there!
